I’m Keira Penney, a GDC-registered dental nurse and founder of Lumora & Co. I understand dental terminology, treatment journeys and the rhythm of a busy surgery, so your team has less explaining to do.
We shape filming around your people and the story you want to share. That might mean friendly team introductions, treatment explainers, practice photography or behind-the-scenes moments. Patient-facing content is created with appropriate consent and care for confidentiality.

THE RIGHT LEVEL OF SUPPORT
A content session, or a little more support.
Content filming sessions can be quoted separately from monthly management. This can suit a practice that wants fresh photos and videos to use on its own channels, or extra filming alongside an Essentials or Growth package.
Signature includes one monthly on-site session of approximately 2–3 hours, plus editing of the content captured. Optional extras include additional filming, Reels, photography, team headshots and open-day or event content. The scope and quote are agreed together.

Questions about content creation
Can I book filming without monthly management?
Yes. Content filming sessions are available separately, with the scope and quote agreed after enquiry. If you also need planning, captions and scheduling, explore monthly social media management.
Where do you offer in-practice content sessions?
Lumora is based in Swindon and serves dental practices across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and Berkshire. Travel within 35 miles of Swindon is included with filming sessions. Any additional travel fee is agreed in advance, and enquiries from further afield are welcome.
Do patients need to be involved in filming?
No. Team introductions, educational videos, practice photography and behind-the-scenes content can tell your story without filming patients. Where patients are involved, appropriate consent and confidentiality are part of the planning.
How many photos or videos will I receive?
The deliverables depend on the agreed session and content scope. We confirm what is included in your quote. For monthly management, the package comparison explains content totals, video allowances and filming support.
